Box 49, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oruto Rapemo, who died at Kasimba, on 6th June, 1995. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2020 By Michael Odera Ochuka, of P.O. Box 196, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochuka Ocharo, who died at Kakangutu West, on 10th June, 1989. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2020 By Hellen Akinyi Otieno, of P.O. Box 181, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Otieno Agira, who died at Kokwanyo East Sub- location, on 9th August, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
