TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E36 OF 2020 By James Muriira M'Ithinyai, of P.O. Box 2559, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alvin Mwenda Muriira, late of Upper Igoki, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2020. CAUSE No. E53 OF 2020 By Paul Kainga Kirichiu, of P.O. Box 23, Mikinduri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Kirichiu M'Lithara Kaurugo alias John Kirichiu M'Lithara alias Mwongera Rithara, late of Anjuki, who died there on 21st November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
