TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 10 OF 2020 By (1) Anne Wangui Gakuru and (2) Maina Gakuru, both of P.O. Box 1358-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Gakuru Mahihu, who died on 29th November, 1986. CAUSE No. 161 OF 2020 By Francis Kimaru Mairia, of P.O. Box 141-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Mania Gichohi alias Gathenwa Gichohi, who died on 29th July, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
