TAKE NOTICE that applicaticas !it) Mg been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E4 OF 2020 By Alice Kalondu Kimweli, of P.O. Box 1-90138, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimweli Kyalo, who died at Kiboko Location, Makueni, on 20th April, 2016. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2020 By (1) Cynthiah Zainah Muutu and (2) Lastina Nthambi Muutu, both of P.O. Box 1092-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Otieno Magambo, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
