TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E30 OF 2020 By (1) (.)nesmus Mutinda Nganga and CH Peter Kixdru Masintha, both of P.O. Box 1074, Kangundo in Kenya. the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (I) Mbithe Kanama and (2) Elizabeth Nzilani Kanama alias Nzilani Kanama, who died at Kikambuani, on 14th January. 1996 and 7th July, 1992. respectively. CAUSE No. E91 OF 2020 By (1) Boniface Wambua Mulevu and (2) Beatrice Kavindu Musembi, both of P.O. Box 759, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muteti Ileli, who died at Nguluni, on 25th January, 2002. CAUSE No. E95 OF 2020 By (1) Ngei Kyama and (2) Alex Mutie Wambua, both of P.O. Box 5-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzisa Wambua, who died at Kakuyuni, on 6th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
