TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 156 OF 2020 By (1) John Muguti and (2) Tabitha Wanja Themba, both of P.O. Box 511-01020, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muguti Themba, who died at Gakungu, on 14th August, 2009. CAUSE No. 159 OF 2020 By Jane Muthoni Nyoike, of P.O. Box 511-01020, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyoike Mberi, who died at Kianjau. on 15th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause he shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
