TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 284 of 2020 By David Nahason G. Kimani, of P.O. Box 236, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kimani Gacha alias Kagacha Stephen Kimani, who died at Kagundu-ini, on 28th August, 2020. CAUSE No. 285 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Njoroge Gachuhi and (2) John Gichia Gachuhi, both of P.O. Box 15, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachuhi Waithanji Kamuru alias Gachuki Waithanji Kamuru, who died at Gaichanjiru C. Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
