TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 114 OF 2020 By David Njoka Ngugi, of P.O. Box 120-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wambui Ngugi, who died at Naivasha Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2020. CAUSE No. 133 OF 2020 By (1) John Thairu Njung'e and (2) Mary Nyambura Njung'e, the deceased's beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Njung'e Njuguna, who died at KwaNg'ang'a, Nairobi, on 13th April, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 82 OF 2020 By (1) Colleta Wanjiku Mzito and (2) Moses Mungai Mwaura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wambui Mwaura, who died at Theta Sub-location, on 1st October, 2019. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Muthoni Kamicha and (2) Jane Wanja Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Njeri Davis Ngugi, who died at Contra Costa Regional Medical Centre, Martinez, Califonia, USA, on 12th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
