TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E230 OF 2020 By Joseph Mukambe Atolwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andolwa Libwoni Angulu alias Atolwa Libwoni, who died at Shagungu, on 11th June, 1994. CAUSE No. E236 OF 2020 By Abraham Chiteyi Liyai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Liyai Busieka alias Jotham Liyai, who died at Ivihiga Location, on 26th August, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
