Saleem Ghalia, advocate of Mombasa, for a petition for sealing of declaration of succession to the estate of Stefano Quadri, who died at Milano, Italy, on 27th May, 2005. [5175 The Court will proceed to issue the same unles cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
