REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimani Gacuya (deceased). of P.O. Box 166, Kigumo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.33 hectares or thereabout, known as Loci 8/Kirere/267, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Kigumo in succession cause no. 58 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Peter Kamau Kimani (ID/1988579), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Peter Kamau Kimani (ID/1988579), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimani Gacuya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
