REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Kipngeno Koech and (2) Leah Koech, both of P.O. Box 16051-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0540 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 24/993, situate in the district of Nakuru. and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register openned thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
