REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Boniface Irungu Gicheha, of P.O. Box 30390, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0131 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of (case registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 121/154, and whereas sufficmit evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
