REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Athman Chiti Mtenzi, is registered as proprietor in tee simple of all that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Likoni/4150, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
