REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alps Electric Limited, of P.O. Box 9435-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee from the Koima Developers Limited for a term of niety nine (99) years, from 1st January, 1971, subject to annual rent of Peppercon (if demanded) of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 11318/I/MN (Apartment No. 202), situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 44679/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
