TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.55 OF 2020 By (I) Elija Ndede Agan and (2) Mary Atieno Anyango, both of P.O. Box 21, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Agan alias Nyamgero. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2020 By James Edwin Omondi Ajesi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Hesbon Mawega Ajesi alias Arthur Esbon Mawega alias Asa Mawega Ajesi, who died on 18th August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
