TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2020 By Catherine Engefu Aluvisia, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Matanyie, who died at Kivagala Sub-location, on 27th April, 1997. CAUSE No. 143 OF 2020 By Tulufena Imali Muhangani, of P.O. Box 341-50309, Tiriki in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhangani Mwale alias Jotham Mwangani, who died at Kisasi Sub-location, on 14th April, 1987. CAUSE No. 149 OF 2020 By Febe Engefu, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebeca Mbihane Luhya alias Rebeca Mbihane, who died at Vokoli Sub-location, on 19th October, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
