TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El OF 2020 By Karigu Simon Gwacu, of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Guachu M'Tirimana alias Simon M'Gwacu M'Tirimana, who died at Matakiri Sub-location, on 15th December, 2006. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2020 By (1) Koinange Gaichu, (2) Andrew Kilonzo and (3) Davasta Ndagara, all of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gaichu Nkubuku, who died at Mukothima Sub-location, on 16th October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
