TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2020
By Charles Kinyua Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 1788-10101, Karatina in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Wanjohi Kabugi alias Francis Wanjohi Kabugi, who died on 6th
February, 2020.
CAUSE NO. 141 OF 2020
By Charles Kinyua Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 1788-10101, Karatina in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Gacuca Ngotho, who died in 1958.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
