TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 114 OF 2020 By (1) Josphat Muchangi Karangi and (2) Ephraim Mwangi Karangi, both of P.O. Box 236, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Karangi Kogi alias Karangi Rukogi, who died on 10th January, 1997. CAUSE No. 118 OF 2020 By (1) Wilson Muturi Murakaru and (2) Crispus Wamae Murakaru, both of P.O. Box 66328-00800, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erustas Murakaru Kurua, who died on 12th November, 2010, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
