CAUSE No. 49 OF 2020 By Julius Watako Shitabule, of P.O. Box 77, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaca Shitabule Watako alias Shitaule Watago, who died at Musanda, on 30th June, 1988. CAUSE No. 91 OF 2020 By Fatuma Nechesa Munyendo, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramadhan Odwori, who died on 13th November, 1985. CAUSE No. 96 OF 2020 By (1) Annah Mulongo Wanjala and (2) Chrisantus Okumaruti Wabwire, both of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paskal Wabwire Wanangasa, who died on 21st September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
