TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2020 By (I) Omweri Charles Nyanrara and (2) Esther Omuta, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Misiani Nyangara, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2010. CAUSE NO. El7 OF 2020 By (I) Zephania Ateyn Kingoina, (2) James Kerama Kingoina, (3) Tabitha Bochaberi Kangwana and (4) Ruth Kwamboka Abuya. all of P.O. Box 2906-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grunt of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josia Kingoina Nyakeriga, who died at North Mugirango, on 11th January, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
