TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2020 By (I) Joice Jeruto Rotich and (2) Priscilla Jepchirchir Rotich, both of P.O. Box 246, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Kipruto Benito!, late of Uasin Gishu, who died at Tamkal Centre, on 12th February, 2017. CAUSE No. E26 OF 2020 By (1) Gibson Kabue Mathenge and (2) Josphat Kamau Mathenge, both of P.O. Box 13861-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mathenge Kabue, late of Githurai, who died on 14th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
