Box 253, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ikamati M'Ataya alias M'Ikamati M'Etaya, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 20th August, 1998. CAUSE No. El 3 OF 2020 By Douglas Marete, of P.O. Box 295, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naaman Meru Marete Gerrison M'Athara alias Naaman Meru Marete alias Naaman Meru Marete G. Box 3097, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew M'Mungania, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 1999. CAUSE No. E23 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Kinoti Thuranira and (2) Elizabeth Mukiri Kiogora, both of P.O. Box 295, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Kanario Thuranira, who died at Kiirua, on 15th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
