TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, 255 OF 2020 By (1) Evaline Nduta Mburu, of P.O. Box 12876-2100, Nakuru in Kenya and (2) Erastus Ndiritu Ndungu, of P.O. Box 52844-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's child and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mburu Wambura, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
