TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 565 OE 2019 By Wilson Fudare Marumba, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marumba Fudare Mudunyi, who died at Port Victoria, Busia, on 5th March, 1998. CAUSE No. 401 OF 2020 By (1) Nicholas Wandera Egesa and (2) Lucy Taka Were, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Egesa Erungu alias Egesa Erungu, who died at Luanda, Mudoma Sub-location, on 5th May, 1997. CAUSE No. E121 OF 2020 By Gabriel Ouma Olek, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonface Oriaja Olek alias Bonface Oriajo, who died at Bumala "A" Sub-location, on 5th March, 1998. CAUSE No. E133 OF 2020 By Lilian Nabwire Obwori, the deceased's administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Mukoche Sikhuma, who died at Mubinju Sub-location, Port Victoria, Busia, on 3rd April, 2020. CAUSE No. E146 OF 2020 By Moses Oduor, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Etynga Omanyala, who died at Apokor Sub-location, Busia, on 15th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
