TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E135 OF 2020 By (1) Moris Otieno Gumba and (2) Tobias Okumu Menya, both of P.O. Box 829, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moris Otieno Gumba alias Tobias Okumu Menya, who died on 12th April, 2010.
