IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (a) of the Community Service Orders Act, the Chief Justice appoints— JUSTICE CECILIA W ATHAIYA GITHUA to be the Chairperson of the National Community Service Orders, with effect from the 1st January, 2021, for a period of three (3) years.
