IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by provisions of section 4 (lb) of the Rating Act (Cap. 267) of the laws of Kenya and the approval by the County Executive Committee vide its County Executive Committee Resolution, the Kwale County Government adopts site value as a form of Rating as per the provisions of that section.
