DECLARATION
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the valuation for Rating Act (Cap. 266) of the laws of Kenya, the Kwale
County Government "declares" that the "valuer" in preparing any
Draft Valuation Roll or Supplementary Valuation Roll, needs neither value nor include in the Roll the value of the land or the assessment for improvement rate as required by paragraphs (c) and (e), respectively, of this section.
