DECLARATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Valuation for Ratings Act. (Cap. 266) of the Laws of Kenya, the County Government of Laikipia "declares" that the "Valuer" in preparing any Draft Valuation Roll or any Supplementary 'y aluation Roll, needs neither value nor include in the Roll the value of the land or the assessment for improvement rate as required by paragraphs (c) and (e), respectively of the referred section.
