APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS, by liquidation order dated the 6th November, 2019, I appointed Philip Uluma, Principal Co-operative Officer, State Department of Co-operatives, of P.O. Box 30547-00100, Nairobi to be liquidator of Mukenia Farmers' Co-operative Society Limited (CS/6238) in liquidation for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said Philip Uluma, Principal Co-operative Officer, State Department of Co-operatives, has not been able to complete the liquidation. NOW therefore, I extend the period of liquidation, with effect from the 6th November, 2020 for another period not exceeding two years for the said Philip Uluma, Principal Co-operative Officer, State Department of Co-operatives, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
