REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gitau Kibariki (ID/5751690) and (2) Nancy Wanjiru Thua (ID/5156261), both of P.O. Box 102, Athi River in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Machakos, registered under title Nos. Kithimani/Kithimani `AV5960, 65961, 5962, 5963, 5964, 5965, 5967, 5969, 5972 and 5975, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
