CAUSE No. E28 OF 2020 By Daniel Orwa Onguka, of P.O. Box 462-40405, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Atinga Onguka, who died at Kadera Lwala Sub-location, on 12th September, 2002.
