TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.142 OF 2020 By David Khayanje Makuli, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vandanas Milila, who died at Jivovoli, on 2nd August, 1976. CAUSE No. 147 OF 2020 By Branita Maheli, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Maheli Mutumbi, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 24th August, 2015. CAUSE No. 148 or 2020 By (1) Florence Ilavoga Mwavali and (2) Wycliffe Sava Mwavali. the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamin Osiago Mwavali, who died at Kedoli Sub-location, on 23rd December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
