TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By Marieta Mukulu Ngalu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kang'alu Ndeti, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2003. CAUSE No. 21 OF 2020 By Mbithi Mutania Nzau, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Kanini Mutunya alias Mariana Kanini Matania, who died at Maumandu, on 9th November, 2019. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2020 By (1) Emma Mwikali Mainga and (2) Anna Mueni Kimondiu Mainga, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mutinda Nthiwa, who died at Beleview South Hospital in Kenya, on 21st July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
