TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 203 OF 2020 By Joab Odeny Ogalo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Ogalo Otieno, who died at Siriwo, Siaya, on 7th August, 2003 . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By Morice Onyango Nyandiko, of P.O. Box 32, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyandiko Asingo, late of Kokoth "B" Sub-location, who died there on 21st August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
