Box 34997, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagechu Mbugua Mangere alias Mbugua Magere, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 1997. CAUSE No. E42 OF 2020 By (I) Abraham Karugia Gachie, (2) Josphat Rugambi Gachie, (3) Laban Thua Gachie and (4) Patrick Kariithi Gachie, all of P.O. Box 459-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gachie Karugia, who died at Nyambare, on 19th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
