TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 127 OF 2019 By (1) Agnes Nyambura Mwangi and (2) Edward Wanyoike Muigai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Njuguna alias Njuguna Wageche, who died at District Hospital, Murang'a in Kenya, on 28th December, 1979. CAUSE No. 128 OF 2019 By (I) Agnes Nyambura Mwangi and (2) Edward Wanyoike Muigai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Mwangi Wakomu, who died at Kiahiti Sub-location, on 19th July, 2017. CAUSE No. 144 OF 2019 By (1) Stephen Ngugi Mburu and (2) Lydiah Wanjiru Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mburu Njoroge, who died at Mwiki Estate, Kiuu, on 8th October, 2003. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
