Box 551, Suna, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Nyanjong Ongou, who died at Kakrao Sub-location, on 17th November, 2001. By Peter Ngaji Oguta, of P.O. Box 68, Sare in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ganda Oguta, who died at Rabondo, on 10th April, 1998. CAUSE No. 90 OF 2018 By Peter Ngaji Oguta, of P.O. Box 68, Sare in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oguta Kamungo, who died at Rabondo Sub-location, on 20th November, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
