CAUSE No. 60 OF 2020 By (1) Catherine Mereso Patita, (2) Oscar Lemayian Patita, (3) Marvin Lenana Patita and (4) Lionel Lugongo Patita, the deceased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Patita Katua, who died at Fatima Mission, on 27th March, 2020. CAUSE No. 71 OF 2020 By (1) Kelvin Masaine Parsimei and (2) Jane Sanaipei Kisoso, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Makantei Parsimei, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th June, 2012. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By Edith Sebinagana Ngie, the deceased's next-of-kin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Musyoki Ngie, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd June, 2018.
