WHEREAS Salim Hemed Mwafujo, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title Nos. Kwale/Gal Kinondo/1095 and 1096, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards issued thereof are lost, effort to trace them have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open new land registers, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
