CAUSE No. E3 OF 2020 By (1) Wangui Njoroge Gachiri and (2) Joel Ngugi Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 21, Kiamaina in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Gachiri Mwathi, who died at Kiamaina Sub-location, on 2nd January, 2016.
