CAUSE No. 535 OF 2020 By Thomas Ondeng Ouko, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ouko Abuodha alias Rombo Abuodha, who died at Ngasi, N. Kapuonja, on 7th August, 2000. CAUSE No. E181 OF 2020 By Joseph Odongo Osir, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerfas Osir Ako alias Osir Ako alias Gerface Osir Alto() alias Osir Ako, who died on 2nd March, 1987. CAUSE No. E183 OF 2020 By (1) Jacob Okello Otuoma and (2) Joseph Opiyo Otuoma, both of P.O. Box 1263-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Otuoma Ogony, who died at Lower Kadongo, on 26th October, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
