TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 212 OF 2020 By Henry Onyango Were, the deceased's executor, for a grant of probate of the will of John Jeresivio Kiripa Okechu alias John Kiripha Munyonge, who died at Kwale, on 19th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
