TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By (1) Pauline Wanjiru, of P.O. Box 30988-00100, Nairobi in Kenya and (2) Tonny Waithaka Gichohi, of 213, Harbor Fog Trail, Holly Springs, NC 27540, USA, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangui Waruru, who died at Trinity Care, on 24th June, 2019. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By (1) Eva Njeri Mwenja and (2) Joyce Mugure Mwenja, both of P.O. Box 585, Juja in Kenya, the executor's named in the deceased's will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Godfrey Mwenja Gichimu, who died at Katnacharia, Kiria-ini, Murang'a, on 5th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
