TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Jedida Anyango Owiro, (2) Joash Otieno Owiro and (3) Abraham Ochieng Owiro, all of P.O. Box 741, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zephaniah Owiro Okelo, who died at Marenyo, on 24th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
