TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 75 OF 2020 By Jamila Ndunda Kasalu, of P.O. Box 6155-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aziz Abdi, who died at Nairobi, on 4th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. E2 OF 2020 By Amin Gulamhusein Kanji, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bhanibai Janmohamed Hasham, who died on 27th June, 1969. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2020 By Shamsherali Juma Shiwi Adatia, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Adatia alias Jumabai Shivji, who died on 12th June, 1971. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2020 By Zahirali Sadrudin Premji, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Premji Nathu alias Nathoo Premji, who died on 25th July, 1969. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2020 By Narbanu Jafferali Lalji, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jefferali Lalji alias Jefferali Nurmohamed Lalji, who died on 27th January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
