TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E13 OF 2020 By Paulina Odhiambo Oliw, of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Oliw alias Peter Ochieng Oliw, who died on 2nd October, 1990. CAUSE No .E26 OF 2020 By Lukas Aloo Mirima, of P.O. Box 117, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceaseds' stepson and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Okumu Ongira and (2) Dismas Murima Ongira alias Dismas Mirima, who both died at Karadolo Sub-location, on 12th December, 1982 and 3rd December, 2003, respectively. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2020 By (1) Millicent Aluoch Onyieno, (2) Jared Odhiambo Raguma and (3) Fredrick Ouma Ragumo, all of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya the deceased's daughter, son and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Onyiego Waganda alias Onyiego Waganda, who died on 25th March, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
