TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2020 By (1) Catherine Mwongeli Ndonga and (2) Benard Mutavi Mbuli, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat kavoko Mbuli, who died at Nzawa Location, on 28th August, 2019. CAUSE No. 45 OF 2020 By (1) Kasimu Ngua Muatha and (2) Josephine Nzambi Ngua, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngua Muatha Mutisya, who died at Witethie Sub-location, on 27th April, 2016. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2020 By (1) John Mwendwa Mani and (2) Tabitha Wayua Matu, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muingo Ikumba, who died at Mwambui Sub-location, on 13th January, 2012. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Mwendwa Kitheka and (2) Joseph Vundi Kitheka, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kitheka Musili, who died at Ithumbi Sub-location, on 2nd August, 2019. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2020 By Kitwa Munuve Mbuvu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munuve Mbuvu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
